Ma;y and June 2010 in England

Some of the gardens and pool in front of the Wakehurst place. Many beautiful flowers and kinds of trees.
A day at Wakehurst Place and Kew Gardens. We all loved the gardens and flowers and there was a millenial seed bank where 23,000 species of seeds of England and the world are kept. We had a guide who explained the plants and trees and the development of the area. It was huge and we didn't see near all of it. It wasn't far from the temple so some will be able to go back again.
Horse jumping at the fair in the cold. Hot chocolate was the only way to keep warm. Beautiful horses and jumpers.
The group is trying to make a plan of where to go. We were there early and very few were there. In an hour or so there were thousands of people everywhere. Fun day and all were happy.
Surrey County Fair , may 31, 2010. We took the temple van and arrived at the fair early, at Guildford. 14 temple workers, went to see all the animals, horse shows, rides and selling booths. Nelsons, Gneitings, Winstones, Carlsons, Frys, Skinners, Ricks. It was a fun day but really cold and a lot of us bought coats and scarves to keep warm. They found so many cool breeds of cattle and other animals. Some loved the horse showing and jumping.
