LONDON TEMPLE IN THE SNOW--DEC.2009

Terrell and Denise with our friend Georgia Matthews. She comes to the temple on her breaks from school and stays with her grandparents, Pres. and Sister Matthews. She is just younger than Alyssa and has been emailing her now and then. Everyone was out snowballing especially the young missionaries.This is the Manor House where we live but we are on the other side. It is about 260 years old and has had many improvements since then. It has unique chimneys and a room up at the top that has windows on all four sides so they could see out in every direction.

This is our west window and the door into the building is just below this.

This is a neat view in the snow but I much prefer it in the summer when there are trees and flowers and greenery everywhere.The temple is beautiful even on a snowy day! The pond looks almost frozen over and where are the fish now? Our pet duck, Donald is nowhere to be seen this day!
